Welcome to the maple page of our website!  We have been producing maple syrup since 1992, when we purchased our first evaporator.  We started with approximately 300 taps, and have grown to almost 900 at times, this year seeing around 700.  With the excellent conditions this year, we were blessed with 320 gallons of syrup.

We tap roadside trees, using buckets, almost exclusively.  About 80 taps were on tubing, with that figure rising this year, hopefully dramatically!

Our utilization of technology has allowed us to become much more efficient in our processing, saving much time and labor.  Enhancements have included:  Steamaway pan to use steam created to preheat and evaporate sap;  Oil burner to save on the labor of cutting/storing wood and firing the evaporator;  Reverse Osmosis machine, to preconcentrate sap and cut up to 75% of fuel and labor needed.

Please contact us to place an order or come directly to the farm.  We always have our Grade A Medium Amber syrup on hand.  Other grades may be available on request.
